Careless Driving Defense in Writing by Redline

This example tells the story of a transport truck driver who left the roadway and careened down a sixty-foot embankment into a lake. He was remarkably not seriously injured. The truck driver represented himself in court and he was convicted of Careless Driving. The driver then hired an agent and the finding of guilt was appealed. Redline was hired by the driver’s agent to prepare the written materials that would be submitted to the Judge as an outline of the issues to be argued on appeal. The appeal was successful; the conviction was set aside.
